Week 1 - Activities

• Put the main frame on the supports
• Positioning the components to be installed
  – Fuel Tanks
  – Water Tank
  – Pivot Shaft
  – Equalizer Bar
  – Front Jack Cylinder & Mast Support
  – Rear Jack Cylinders

• Installed Front Jack Cylinders & Mast Support Assy
• Installed Rear Jack Cylinders
• Installed Fuel and Water Tanks
• Installed Pivot Shaft and Equalizer Bar
• Tightened and Torque all bolts
• Connect all hose and lines

• Installed A Frame
• Installed RH and LH Track Frame
• Connect all Hydraulic hose lines

Week 2 - Activities

• Installed Rear Platform and Hand Rails
• Installed Operator Cabin
• Installed Mast Raise Cylinders

• Installed all access ladders
• Connect Electrical Systems
• Connect Lighting Systems
• Connect Emergency Shutdown Systems

• Completed All Walkways and Hand Rails
• Installed Engine muffler
• Install Lighting System
• Install and connect A/C System

Week 3 - Activities

• Connect Cooling System hoses
• Connect Engine Air Intake System
• Completed Hydraulic System Lines
• Connect all cables connections
• Filled-up Hydraulic Oil
• Filled-up Engine Fuel

• Start the Engine
• Check all leaks and verified machine condition
• Load the machine to Lowbed
• Transfer the machine for Mast Installation

• Prepare The Mast for Installation

Week 4 - Activities

• Mast Installation

• Completed Mast Installation
• Connect Front Balance Strut Bars
• Connect Mast Raise Cylinder Pin

• Final Checks and ready for Test and Commisioning
